For your protection, we recommend that you use a 2nd class recorded or tracked-delivery service when returning goods to Forget-Flowers. Forget Flowers will not be held responsible for items lost during transit when a tracking service has not been used.
Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods
Forget-Flowers want you to be delighted every time you shop with us; but occasionally you may wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 7 days of delivery. Before returning your item you must obtain an authorisation code from Forget Flowers first.
Only once the goods are back in our possession any amount charged to you, other than the delivery costs, will be credited to you, provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were delivered. If the item is received in poor condition due to packaging, or if the seal has been broken or the item has been used Forget Flowers may refuse the refund (as the item may be deemed unsellable) or you may incur a handling charge of 10% of the retail value. You will be emailed to advise.
PLEASE NOTE that, unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact.
Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for the return delivery charge and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all of the order information that accompanies your item as this may be needed. On some occasions if the item is reported as faulty we will only refund or replace the product once we have viewed and inspected the returned item.
Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we've sent you the incorrect products? Please contact us immediately via email or telephone we will advise on how to return the incorrect items. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, or offer an alternative subject to stock availability. We will use the next available postal collection and advise you. You will be required to return the incorrect item back to us immediately. We will refund the return postage costs.

Notes
Please email or call to advise Forget Flowers before returning any parcels or to discuss the problem as you MUST obtain an authorisation code first.
Any orders received back without an authorisation code may incur a handling fee of 3.50 Euro, this will be deducted from the order amount and refunded accordingly. Terms and Conditions apply
All parcels must be returned using a 2nd class recorded tracked service.
Forget Flowers will not be responsible for the refund of any orders or items lost during transit when a tracked recorded service has not been used.
Please ensure when returning items sufficient packaging is used to avoid damage during transit as this can result in a handling fee of 10% of the items retail value / or result in non refund as this product will be deemed unsellable.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
