Standard Delivery
This service is charged at 3.50 Euro per order (not item)
This service can take between 3-10 working days from the order dispatch date to destination. See further details below. Delivery may take slightly longer during Christmas periods or courier delays.
We use International Royal Mail 1st Class Business Service for this delivery type and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours where possible. See notes below.
However orders placed later on a Friday may be dispatched the next available Business collection day (Monday) except on Bank Holidays. If you receive a dispatch notification during this time it could mean the order has been picked and packed, but not collected from the courier. For any further up to date information please call or email and supply your order number.
Please note due to Airmail restrictions we cannot post Deodorants or Aerosols to International destinations from the UK.
Other Information:
• No delivery shall be made to any P.O. Box address. Orders will be cancelled by Forget Flowers if an alternative delivery address is not supplied by the customer.
• Customer's payment shall be complete and accepted prior to the dispatch of the products.
• Delivery of the customer's order shall be subject to the rules of the delivery company designated by Pointplay Ltd (Forget-Flowers).
• In the event that the customer is absent from the delivery address at the time of delivery, it shall be the customer's responsibility to call their sorting office and retrieve the products according to the rules set out by the delivery company. Items not collected by the recipient in the time scale set out by the delivery company may be returned to sender. This can take up to 1-4 weeks to be returned to Forget Flowers pending the area or country. Customer may incur a charge of 3.50 Euro for re-posting this parcel or a 10% administration/handling charge if the order is cancelled at this point.
• Pointplay Ltd (Forget-Flowers), through the delivery company, will deliver the products to the address specified by the customer in their order. Forget Flowers will not be responsible for orders lost during transit when incorrect information has been submitted by the customer at the time of placing the order. Once orders are dispatched from Forget Flowers the address cannot be changed or the delivery process stopped.
• Shipping charges are not charged on a per product basis but by order (various products constitute a single order).
• On some orders customers may need to provide proof of cardholder or billing address details. Orders that require the above proof will not be dispatched until Pointplay Ltd (Forget-Flowers) have received the requested documentation and are satisfied with the information provided. Forget Flowers reserve the right to cancel any orders where information is refused or unacceptable.
• Delivery of the customer's order will be made by Pointplay Ltd (Forget-Flowers), through the delivery company, within a reasonable period of time from acceptance of the customer's order and payment. Any delay in shipping and handling may vary according to the availability of the products, courier service delays or strikes within the delivery area or country.
Please allow 14 working days before contacting Forget Flowers regarding a missing or delayed parcel. Forget Flowers will not be responsible for courier service delays.
Items or orders which have not been reported as missing, lost or delayed within 60 days from the order date, cannot be refunded or the items resent due to the time lapsed. Please ensure you inform us within this time scale.
Invoices will show the product prices in Euro’s, however when you view your invoice online it will show the product in GBP. This is for our administration purposes only.
All orders are picked, packed and shipped from within the UK.
